Terms and Conditions
Grandma's Terms and Conditions Our mission at SpoiledGrandKids.com is to make sure that our customers are happy. That's why our policies are customer friendly just like our website. We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products and services. If you have received a defective product or if we have made a mistake on your order, simply email us at customerservice@spoiledgrandkids.com or call us at 1-888-SGK-BRAT within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will replace it promptly.
Shipping Your Order
If your item is in stock we will have it out the door within 48 business hours of ordering. Of course, if you have custom ordered an item you will need to allow an extra week before it will ship. Hopefully it will be sooner. This may also apply to busy seasons and items that are temporarily out of stock. Please keep this in mind as we do not issue refunds or allow cancellations once an order is placed. All customers placing an order that contains back ordered product that is expected to take longer than two weeks before shipment will be notified.
Items cannot be combined once they are placed. We do not refund shipping costs at any time for any reason unless we are at fault. Shipping charges are applied per shipping location.
All orders of $300.00 or more will receive free shipping.
All packages are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested by you, our valued customer. Please allow 2-7 days for shipping, in addition to production time, within the continental United States when selecting ground shipping. International shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can require more time.
We have no control over packages once they leave our facility by UPS and therefore, if a package is damaged or lost in transit, we reserve the right to replace the order.
Large items such as furniture will be shipped via freight per the manufacturer. Although every effort is made to carefully pack and ship your purchase so that it arrives in excellent condition, vary rarely unanticipated damage can occur. Please carefully check your package upon receipt and note any damage to the package on the signature delivery ticket. Contact SpoiledGrandKids.com for instructions.
If a PO Box or APO address is given and we are forced to use the USPS we are unable to track these packages and take no responsibility for delivery of these items.
Please make sure that shipping information is accurate. We reserve the right to pass on and charge any fee incurred by SpoiledGrandKids.com to the customer for address changes by DHL.
SpoiledGrandKids.com assumes no responsibility or liability caused by DHL's inability to deliver as a result of factors beyond our reasonable control.
Payment Options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards. We have a highly secure site and ensure your information will be secure. You can call us, if you desire, with your credit card information at 1-888-SGK-BRAT if you feel more comfortable. Please call during normal business hours which are Monday thru Friday 8AM - 6PM Eastern time. You can also leave us a message and let us know when a good time would be to call you back. We want to accommodate you as much as possible. We love your business.
Return Policy
Personalized items are not returnable. An error due to SpoiledGrandKids.com must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. SGK reserves the right to replace any damaged personalized item. Please review your order carefully prior to submitting and on receipt of your goods. If you have purchased something that is not personalized please notify us via email with 10 days that you would like to return your item with the following information:
Reason for returning the item Order # Product # or name Return for replacement, exchange, or refund You will be sent a return authorization code and instructions. When we receive the item back in the same condition it was sent with the return code we will issue a refund minus any wrapping and shipping charges or replace or exchange the item per your instructions. All returns must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your return authorization code and instructions.
Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process your refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
SpoiledGrandKids.com will refuse all returns without an RA number.
Returns are not accepted on Sale, past season, or personalized items.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs or gift wrapping services. ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT RETURABLE. Seasonal items are not returnable within 2 weeks of the end of the season.
We do not allow returns on personalized items when a lettering style/font or color that is selected is not liked. Please review your order carefully.
For your protection, please use DHL or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of all returns. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error. If this is the case, please call us and we may be able to pay for the shipping up front by instructing you how to use our shipping account.
Embroidery Policy
Your order will be embroidered as displayed on the web site. However, if you choose a shirt or product color other that that displayed we reserve the right to change the thread colors to make the design the most appealing on the color of the product you have chosen.
SpoiledGrandKids.com reserves the right to substitute brand names that are deemed to be of like materials, quality and construction.
Monograms: A monogram font must be selected in order for a monogram to be requested and completed as a monogram style. When three letters are given for the personalization and a monogram font is not selected each letter will be in the order requested on the order and each letter will be the same size.
Custom Orders
We love to hear from you. If you don't see what you are looking for on our website, just give us a call and we'll do what we can to accommodate you. If your grandchild has a special name for you that you don't see, we want to know. Just give us a call at 1-888-SGK-BRAT and we'll give you a quote and time frame for you special order. We also welcome design ideas. If we use one of your ideas, we will thank you with a complimentary T-shirt for your little one with the new design.
As hard as we try to keep our prices and products updated, errors can happen. We reserve the right not to honor any erroneous or outdated advertised prices appearing in any form of media or on SpoiledGrandKids.com website.

Thank you for allowing SpoiledGrandKids.com to help you spoil your special grandkids. We want you and them to be happy with us and welcome any feedback from you about our products and service.
