Shipping instructions:

Item willl ship via from Ohio warehouse in 5-7 days. Someone must be present for signature at delivery location. Although every precaution is taken to ensure that your package arrives in excellent condition, please BE SURE to check exterior of package condition for damage incurred during shipping. Any damage noted should be hand written on bill of laden and SGK must be notified within one week. We know that you will love this product, however, should you need to return it for damage, please call SGK within 3 days to receive a RA (return authorization) number. Products MUST BE returned in original packaging.
